We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Business Administrative Officer / Human Resource Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
- Your role involves helping Smarterise run efficiently and meet short- and long-term goals, helping the activities of employees by following up on progress, and ensuring the team is on track.
- Implement organization planning & tracking: ensuring deadlines are met
- Create a general workflow and stakeholder communication and follow-ups
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding
- And other related needs that arise from work needs.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc Degree
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Experience with budget management
- Proven success in a project coordination role
- Strong project reporting skills
- Solid knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
What you need to be great at:
- Human resource management
- Communication in written and verbal form
- An HR background or legal one can be a good fit, but if you think you fit the bill, you should apply.
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
