Job Title: Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate shall be accountable for positioning and driving the overall business operations, people and processes for business profitability, customer satisfaction, and increase in stakeholders’ value.
- The candidate will oversee operations, people and processes for optimum profitability, so as to ensure maximum “value-add” for all stakeholders.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / BSc qualification with relevant experience.
