We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk / Office Administrator

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

The Front Desk Admin is saddled with the below responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and operate a switchboard.
  • Coordinate office activities including meeting scheduling, office supplies, etc.
  • Overseeroutine maintenance and other repairs
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail correspondence
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
  • Schedule and update calender appointmenst
  • Handle travel itinerary, hotel booking and car hire
  • Maintain the welcome desk with a professional appearance
  • Assist with company registrations and other admin tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • B.A / B.Sc Degree in any relevant discipline with 1 – 3 years work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Attentive to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing company.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision and work within a small team
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must have prior experience with Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience in a professional environment preferred.
