Lifecrest Medical Services Limited is an integrated and multi-specialist Medical Organisation located at No 56A Ikota Road 1 Estate, Ikota (within the periphery of Lekki County home Estate main and Western gate Estate main entrance gates), Lekki, Lagos State. It is conceived to identify and resolve most of your clinical and diagnostic medical needs, especially in the fields of General Medicine, Family Medicine, Paediatrics, Gynaecology, ENT, Cardiology, etc, as well as your behavioural and emotive medical problems in the following specialties: Psychiatry, Psychology, etc.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk Officer
- Welcome patients, vendors, pharmaceutical representatives, and other visitors to our medical office
- Interaction with patients both via phone and in person
- Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary
- Assist accounts department in bill preparation
- Track all phone calls that arrive using our general office number
- Utilize our medical office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments for our patients
- Respond to emails that arrive using the general office email address.
- 1+ years of experience working as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role
- Good spoken and written english
- Excellent customer care qualities
- Friendly and compassionate disposition
- Great knowledge and competence in computer use
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Dedication to maintaining confidentiality of all patient records.
N50,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
